  New Recruit Forms

An exercise regimen utilizing dynamic calisthenics and stretches to achieve increased functional strength and range of motion, stamina and comradery.  All exercises will be performed to cadence and in unison with the group.  The actual program will consist of approximately 15 - 20 exercises accompanied by periodic stretches.  The atmosphere of the program will be friendly yet structured, and all exercises will be performed as fast as the slowest individual. 

The Dr. Drill Instructor Program embodies both aerobic and anaerobic training, although emphasis may be placed depending upon the cadence and repetitions performed.  The program will be approximately 1 hour in duration (You'll have worked out intensely during this time).  The program will begin no later than the prescribed time in efforts to attain this goal.
