If you’re having a hard time getting going/motivated in the morning, don’t think, ACT!
Priming the Pump can help us seize the day. Here are some methods I used this morning to jump start my day:
1. Cold shower – start off warm and fade into cold-cold, 30-60 seconds
2. Routine change – instead of sitting down on the couch after making my kids breakfast, made preparations for the day.
3. Set of push-ups.
