Dedication. Motivation. Diet. Exercise. All pieces of the puzzle that I have been trying to master for years. Dr Drill and the Battle for a Better Body Composition Program brought it all together in one place. Who would have thought that exercise at 5:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday could be so exciting. Never was I watching the clock. Never was I bored. Never was I so throughly challenged in mind, body and spirit.
Change before you have tp, Join the battle for better body composition!” While at the YMCA a couple of months aga I saw those words on an advertisement for the Dr. Drill Instructor “Boot Camp”. As a male in his early-40’s, overweight by 15-20 lbs, recently elevated cholesterol readings approaching 240, and a family history of heart disease, the words were not easily dismissed.
I did not know what to fully expect from the Dr. Drill Instructor Program. As my alarm sounded at 4:00 AM the first day, I wondered “What was I thinking?”. I quickly gained a lot of respect for Dr. Oberst in his commitment to genuienely want to teach and share his knowledge of better health and discipline. Dr. Drill Instructor leads by example and pushes you beyond where you thought you could go.
This has been and will continue to be an experience I will never forget. I will be joining the next class and am excited to see familiar faces as well as new ones. Thank you, Dr. Oberst and the rest of the class for giving me constant motivation and support.
The Dr. Drill Instructor Program was fabulous! There’s something about this program that forces you to keep your commitment to improving your body in every way.
